Our Story

About Wujun Charcoal

Fujian Wujun Charcoal Industry, founded in 2016, is an eco-focused company dedicated to the research, production, and sales of biomass new energy. Located in Guangze County, Nanping City, Wujun leverages the abundant bamboo resources in the Fujian-Jiangxi region, transforming bamboo waste into clean energy and bamboo charcoal products for industrial, environmental, and consumer applications. The main products, bamboo-based fuel charcoal and activated carbon, are distributed domestically and internationally.

In 2023, Wujun expanded with a production base in the Guangze Bamboo Circular Economy Industrial Park, investing 260 million RMB. The facility includes eight production lines with an annual output of 20,000 tons of bamboo charcoal products and 10,000 tons of bamboo activated carbon, with a projected annual revenue of 300 million RMB.

Guided by the mission of “Exploring Green Development in Charcoal for the Benefit of People and Nature,” Wujun aims to become a leading charcoal materials company in China. Upholding the spirit of “Integrity and Innovation,” Wujun has an advanced technical team, proprietary production equipment, and industry-leading capabilities, supported by collaborations with universities such as Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University to drive technological application and green development.

With over 50 years of experience in the charcoal industry, he has steered Wu Jun Carbon Industry to become a leader in quality and innovation. His deep-rooted expertise and commitment to excellence have positioned the company as a trusted name in sustainable charcoal production.

Meishui Cai

Materials Engineer & R&D Director
Graduated in Materials Engineering and Wood Chemistry from Fujian Forestry University, he serves as Wu Jun Carbon Industry’s chief materials engineer and R&D director. With her extensive background in materials science, she leads the development of advanced carbon products that meet the highest environmental responsibility and quality standards.

Dr. Dehui Wu

Technical Advisor
Dr. Wu Dehui is a postdoctoral researcher in Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics from Tsinghua University and an Associate Professor at Xiamen University’s School of Physics and Mechanical Engineering. As a technical advisor, he brings cutting-edge expertise to the Wu Jun Carbon Industry, guiding innovation in product technology and quality improvement.

Rongbin Weng

Sales Manager
As the sales manager at Wu Jun Carbon Industry, he is dedicated to expanding the company’s market reach and fostering strong client relationships. His sales acumen and customer-focused approach ensure Wu Jun’s carbon products continue to meet and exceed market demands.

Yuna Li

Brand Director
With 18 years of experience in brand development, she has held positions as Brand Director for major education, tea, and other fast-moving consumer goods brands. She also provides brand consulting services to various companies.

Xiaofang Chen

General Manager of International Trade Dept.
With 20 years of experience in import and export, she is well-versed in international trade processes and practices. She leads her team in steadily advancing market expansion, continually driving business growth and enhancing brand recognition in global markets.
